Stefanie is a second year MBA student with a focus on social enterprise and social mission-driven technology startups. Since Michigan, Stefanie has been involved in several entrepreneurial initiatives including a summer internship with a Tech Stars company and also a six-week entrepreneur advisory experiment with MBAs Across America to represent the Ross School of Business.  Prior to pursuing her MBA, Stefanie launched into a career transition by working on a 10-week programming initiative with CODE2040, a Silicon Valley-based non-profit that provides Black and Latino/a computer science students with inroads to internships at prominent technology companies. Before that time, she spent six years on Wall Street within export finance at Citigroup and was a founding member of a career development organization out of Brooklyn, NY. Originally from Washington, DC, Stefanie holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and plans to return to DC, post-MBA, to launch a career centered around social impact.
