Each fall, Social Venture Fund accepts 15-25 new associates. We have a strong preference for first year MBAs or dual degree students and traditionally accept 2-5 BBAs per year. During the two-year commitment, associates will spend an average of 10-15 hours a week conducting deal sourcing, business plan evaluation, due diligence, capacity building, marketing, and fundraising.
