Aysha is a first-year MBA student interested in the intersection between corporate strategy and social impact. Prior to pursuing her MBA, Aysha worked at Deloitte Consulting, LLP in Washington, DC. During her consulting tenure, Aysha supported engagements for government and nonprofit clients related to human capital, strategy, and marketing challenges. She is especially passionate about issues that overwhelmingly impact women and girls, namely access to education and modern day slavery. Her other interests include fusion cooking, traveling internationally, Bollywood dancing, and college football. Raised in Tampa, Florida, Aysha holds a BS in Human & Organizational Development and Political Science from Vanderbilt University.
