The Innovation

Conversa’s main product is a health IT solution, “Digital Checkups,” that allows organizations to monitor and engage patients in between visits with their providers. The product’s Software as a Service (SaaS) platform provides hospital systems and payers an automated way to bridge the gap in communication that occurs between visits, helping care teams stay informed and manage populations while ensuring that patients stay on track with their care plans.
